Sponsor registration is now CLOSED. If you have questions relating to registration, please contact the Conference Registrar at

To sponsor the conference, please register:

1. Click here to create a user account and log into the site. NOTE: After account creation, you will be emailed instructions to reset your password. You will need to log in to register for the conference.


2. Read over the Sponsor Guidelines to learn about the conference, to find the address to send hard drives, and to see important dates and deadlines. 


3. Review the current Sponsor Level Options and make note of which level of support you are interested in. Also consider whether you would like to present a non-plenary full-length show.


4. If you would like to share your experience with your colleagues by presenting a paper or poster, fill out the Paper Submission Form or the Poster Submission Form. Paper and poster sessions cannot to be used to make sales presentations. Also, review the Workshop Descriptions and make note of which workshops you would like to attend.


5. Register for the conference! To register, you must be a member of one of the U.S. regional planetarium organizations. Have you renewed your membership for 2017-18?
